Profile: The Methodist Willowbrook Hospital is the second in a network of community hospitals developed by the Methodist Health Care System. The Methodist Willowbrook Hospital expansion will include a 520,000 SF, multi-story acute care hospital tower. The first three floors will house diagnostic, treatment, and ancillary functions. Upper floors will contain acute care patient rooms. A new central plant will be constructed to serve the new and existing facilities. The hospital features doctor's offices, diagnostic facilities (including MRI), in- and outpatient treatment areas, emergency and birthing centers, and laboratory and pharmacy services.

Services: DataCom Design provided the cable infrastructure design for IT (voice and data), security, audiovisual, overhead paging, CATV, and OSP. Efforts included coordinating all information technology designs with local utility companies and telecommunications carriers serving the project.
