San Antonio Public Safety Answering Point

Profile: The City of San Antonio Public Safety Answering Point is a new 911 Call Center and Emergency Operations Center which colocates the Emergency Management Services of the City and Bexar County smoothing communication between City and County personnel during disaster situations. The new facility possesses many redundant systems, and protected communications linkages to ensure uninterrupted operation during power outages.

The facility includes a dedicated policy room, command and operations room, a media briefing room, space for a regional medical operations support, administrative and support spaces.

Services: The low voltage effort included acoustical, audiovisual, and communication designs.
