Profile: The new, flagship research facility located prominently at the southern edge of the University of Texas at San Antonio's "1604" main campus. The five-story atrium building fosters interdisciplinary research and collaboration between the sciences and engineering. It was designed to house research and teaching laboratories for life sciences and chemistry; laboratory spaces for civil and electrical engineering; a 9,000 SF vivarium; and offices for graduate students, faculty, department heads, and the deans of both science and engineering.


Services: DataCom Design Group provided low voltage design for voice, data, audiovisual, security, and interior acoustics.
