West Campus Student Housing, Texas A&M University, College Station, Texas

Profile: The residential complex on 46 acres of the West Campus is a result of a P3, a public-private partnership. Phase I features 1,274 beds configured in both apartment and traditional dormitory layouts, as well as community areas for undergraduates. A 100,000-SF dining hall and amenity building also holds residence life offices and student service areas. The complex, in two phases of four to six buildings with a total of 4,200 new beds, is anchored by a plaza and served by a parking garage.
